Garbage Pick Up
Garbage pick up is on Friday mornings. However, if a holiday lands on a Friday gabage pickup will be delayed by one day. Therefore, pick up will be on Saturday. This also occurs during severe weather conditions that prohibit safe driving as well.

Referral Program
If you have a potential buyer for either a listed property of Fonk's Home Center or a new home buyer of a modular or manufactured home please contact us about the referral program. $500 for a referral fee now through Nov. 30th, 2009.
Water Meters
Mininum rate is $2.66 per month ($7.98/quarterly) with a 1000 gallon limit. Over 1000 gallons you will be charged at a rate of $2.66 per thousand gallons. Until meters are installed please pay $2.66 each month with your lot fee or wait to pay with your quarterly billing notice.
